FEAROF takes you one step closer to a better life
First, let me just quickly tell you about my own personal experience with panic attacks and anxiety. I would never have though it was something that could happen to me, but it did, and it was the worst time of my life.
It was actually something as harmless as hiatus hernia that triggered my fear of death. Suddenly I felt pain in the chest, had trouble breathing and my heart started pounding faster and faster. I panicked, which only made it worse. It felt like I was suffocating and I was sure my time had come. My girlfriend called an ambulance and I was taken to the hospital, but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me so I was sent home again.
After 3 months of several visits to the hospital and the doctor, they finally found the cause of the problem. This was too late though, as I had already developed a serious anxiety disorder that greatly affected my life. I didn’t feel safe anywhere and couldn’t be alone without worrying about having another panic attack.

I had to do something, so I started researching and I must have read every single book on the subject. It took a while but I finally figured out how to turn things around. All by myself, without the help of a psychologist or medication of any kind, I overcame my biggest fear. I’m not saying you will, but I believe I can point you in the right direction.
That’s why I created this site. I want to help others understand and ultimately get rid of their fear.
